McDonald's in Epsom

"I visited the McDonald’s in Epsom for breakfast and was really impressed. The whole place was spotless, including the toilets, which you don’t often get in fast food restaurants. Angela was so welcoming, smiley, and polite - she honestly made our morning brighter. You could see the pride she takes in her work, keeping the entire top floor and facilities immaculate - she is a credit to your company⭐Breakfast was perfectly cooked too. Hands down the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been in!"

"Food was amazing it tasted so good had good flavour and perfect fries.I got my food after around 10 min.Bad thing was once I had to wait 10-20 minutes for a table,my food was getting cold and everyone had took up all the tables.Sometimes when I get a seat the table is still dirty with leftover bits of food,trash still on the tables.Sometimes when I order the cashier gives me the wrong size if something or the cashiers are too quiet."

"ABAS was the greatest host , super helpful 10/10 I hope you get the positivity back that you put out there , food was lovely( the BIG ARCH TM ) has to stay !! chips a lil bit cold ABAS went and got a new portion that was piping hot super service give that man a raise !"

"Nice McDonald’s with lots of seating upstairs. Service is quite slow but maybe they were just short on staff. Use the app to order and you’ll collect reward points to redeem for more food. Nice decor with decals of street art on the walls."

"Came in to try the new Double Chocolate Pie. Added in some other snack items as well. If you ordered via the app, you can have the food delivered at your table. If you work for the NHS as well, you can also use a 20% discount coupon found in the app. There are plenty of seat spaces upstairs. I just wonder, because every time I seat upstairs there in the last 2 months or so, there are always very unruly teenage boys and most of the time, girls, running around and shouting. I mean, it is not an inconvenience for me, but I’m just stating what I notice when I’m there. Anyway, the double chocolate pie is good. I’ve always like the crunchiness of the pies. Just be mindful to avoid eating them when they are piping hot cause it might burn your tongue. The iced latte was more ice that drink but it’s ok because the temp is very warm this summer. The galaxy McFlurry and apple pie are their usual selves. Lol. Also, the servers here are nice. The guy who delivered my food was very courteous."
